An implantable RFID microchip, operates at 125khz. This is a T5577 chip, which has not been hard coded with a single UID, it can be reprogrammed as many times are you want. It is possible to clone a range of other RFID chips.

This is an implantable RFID microchip, it operates at 125khz, the IC in this chip is a ATA5577. The chip can be read by all normal low frequency RFID readers. This chip can be rewritten many times, it can be used to clone some other types of RFID chip, and also has a limited amount of read/write memory. Note that this is a 1.5x8mm chip, slightly smaller than many other implantable chips.
About tag cloning: Do your research before buying this chip. Not all cards/chips/tags can be cloned, make sure the tag you want to clone can be, and make sure you know how to, cloning is not simple and will require a special device, such as a Proxmark3. This is not a simple 'plug and play' solution, but if you know what you're doing, this hardware can let you access your office/home/etc with a swipe of your hand.

This chip comes packaged pre-sterilized in an injector. The metal needle can make it difficult to read the chip without removing it from the needle, which would contaminate it. Every chip was manually read and written to make it they works before being loaded into the injector and sterilized (read test and write tests).
While over 99% of the access systems tested work fine with this chip, I have encountered two systems (a motorcycle lock and an old Indala door reader) which were too weak to read this chip. If you have a problem with reading this chip with your system, consider our larger version of this chip which has better read range.
While this chip has been approved for use in animals, it has not been officially tested in humans.
